Issue 27: [dfs] Disconnect Clear Cache, Destructor Disconnect

Ensure all files were closed and data structures are cleaned up 
properly.

This ensures even with bad programmer practice, on disconnect or 
object destruction, things get cleaned up properly.

Fixed in commit bc54257.  Patch attached.
