Issue 28: [lib] On Errors, Quit Task Report Failed

Make sure whenever reducers or mappers fail (reads, etc.) and can 
not complete their job, that they terminate and tell the WorkDaemon 
their status is failed.

This way faulty tasks will get reported properly to the Master.
